Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MusiGens AI (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MusiGens AI provides AI-powered music generation features, including text-to-music song generation and vocal separation (splitting a song into vocal and instrumental tracks, or into per-instrument stems). The Service operates on a credit and subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal or abusive content.
  • Abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass access controls.
  • Use the Service in ways that violate third-party rights or applicable law.
  • Use vocal separation in a way that circumvents the rights of any third party. Vocal separation currently operates only on songs you have generated in MusiGens, and you may not attempt to apply it to material you do not own or have rights to.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are deducted when you submit generation requests based on current pricing/configuration. Different features have different credit costs — for example, a standard song generation, a vocal/instrumental split, and a multi-stem separation each consume a different amount of credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Pricing and credit costs may change.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by our third-party payment provider (currently Creem) and may auto-renew according to the provider's rules. You can manage cancellation through the provider's subscription settings or through your account page. When a subscription is cancelled, suspended, or expires, related subscription benefits may end according to system status updates.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Payment refunds are not automatic in product flows and are handled by support review.

8. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for your prompts and generated content usage. You must not use the Service to create content that infringes third-party rights. Stems produced by vocal separation are derivatives of the original generated song and carry the same usage license as the source generation.

9. Service Availability

The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons. To request account closure, contact support.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation

The Service is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
