Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

MusiGens AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, avatar, and authentication data used for sign-in.
  • Service data: prompts, generated outputs, task status, and credits usage records.
  • Vocal separation data: when you run vocal separation on a song you generated, we store a reference to the source track plus the separated stem files (vocals, instrumental, and per-instrument stems) so you can play and download them.
  • Payment records: order and subscription metadata (provider, amount, status, external reference). Card details are handled by payment providers, not stored by us.
  • Technical data: basic logs such as IP, browser, and request metadata for security and operations.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain generation features and account access.
  • Process payments and subscription lifecycle events.
  • Send transactional emails, such as welcome and payment success notices.
  • Detect abuse, protect infrastructure, and troubleshoot incidents.
  • Analyze product usage trends for service improvements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers used to operate the product (for example payment, hosting, and email providers).
  • AI processing providers: we send prompts, generation parameters, and — for vocal separation — references to the source track to upstream AI providers (currently kie.ai) that run the underlying music generation and vocal separation models on our behalf. Generated audio, separated stems, and task status are returned to our storage.
  • Authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, billing, and generation records for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal, security, and accounting obligations. Media storage duration can vary by provider and operational needs.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. To submit a request, contact [email protected].

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Child Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
